Fall 2022:

Summer 2023:

  • Katie Ainsley
Coach Katie grew up surrounded by lacrosse in Baltimore, Maryland. She was a soccer player growing up and by high school had a sole focus on running and swimming. However, she has watched and studied lots of lacrosse while her two younger siblings played through club, high school, and then Division I in college. Currently, her sister works as a college coach at a small Division III school and is an awesome resource.  She started coaching with her sister (the college coach) when her oldest daughter was 4, nearly 10 years ago, and continuously attends coaching training to educate herself on the game.
I am a certified personal trainer, fitness coach, and health coach. I am excited to apply my knowledge in these areas, especially as the girls grow. I love incorporating speed, strength, and agility into my practices (mostly through games where the girls don’t even realize what it is).
  • Alexis Ossi

Coach Alexis has been playing lacrosse since 3rd grade and first started playing club in 6th grade when the program was called Carolina Flight and then later bought out by team 91. She started on the varsity lacrosse team all 4 years at middle creek high school. During her time there she was named defensive MVP, named to the all-metro team, the High School OT all-east region team, and was a captain her senior year. She played lacrosse her freshman year of college (2020-2021) at Coastal Carolina University before she transferred to NC State where she now plays at the club lacrosse level.  She has been coaching on and off since high school and provides private lessons.  In addition, she is a certified girls' lacrosse referee.

Coach Alexis is a junior who is majoring in Psychology with a minor in sports science. Her future career goal includes becoming a sports physical therapist for college/professional athletes.
