North Carolina Lacrosse Academy (NCLA) is one of the oldest club lacrosse programs in the Triangle area. Our girl's program strives to provide a positive atmosphere and to allow girls to participate in learning the game of lacrosse in a safe and supportive atmosphere where they can have fun and develop their athletic and leadership skills. NCLA programs include summer camps, fall ball clinics, a competitive spring recreational league for all ages, and winter lacrosse training opportunities. Join us and be part of the fastest-growing (and best!) sport in America!

The Wake Forest Whippets Program for girls in 1-8th grade has been supporting recreational lacrosse in the Wake Forest, North Raleigh, Rolesville area for over 10 years. Our home field for games and practices is Heritage High School. We are part of the North Carolina Girls Lacrosse League. Spring season runs from March 5-April 30. All skill levels are welcome.
